Order time-frames

As we do not mass produce most orders are made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be crafted and shipped. In most cases your products will be shipped sooner, especially if we have the product in stock.

 

Shipping

FARAC FILIGREE & FINE JEWELRY is responsible for your package or order until the moment it is shipped. We are not accountable for any lost or damaged packages, but will do our best to help in resolving any issues regarding such problems. We try to use the best and most reponsible shipping options available to countries worldwide. Please be aware that any customs or import duties that are charged once the order reaches its destination country, must be paid by the recipient of the order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. FARAC FILIGREE & FINE JEWELRY has no control over these charges, take no responsibility for them and cannot estimate how much they will be. 
In some instances your parcel may be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. 
Most, but not all delivery options are issued with a tracking number. Any tracking information available will be emailed to you once your order is despatched.
